Each day across the 12 Days of Christmas Counsellor Shona Macpherson is joining Pennie Stuart, in collaboration with Mikeysline, to share some mental health skills, practical tips you can try which might just help when you’re finding life a struggle.
We have thousands of thoughts each day, many of them the same ones and lots of them negative, so today Shona explains the value of learning how to unhook ourselves from unhelpful thoughts. She talks Pennie through how to unhook herself from her concerns about the festive season and put her negative thoughts into a better place and take control over her thoughts rather than be controlled by them.
